Unmatched experience. A full range of advanced capabilities and expertise. The SkyAlyne Team is ready to deliver in all areas needed for Future Aircrew Training (FAcT).
Our direct experience in delivering military pilot and aircrew training combined with our industry-leading expertise and deep ties to the RCAF makes SkyAlyne the ideal choice to deliver FAcT – for Canadians, by Canadians.
Unmatched in Canadian Military Pilot Training
SkyAlyne’s parent companies – CAE and KF Aerospace – currently provide all phases of contracted training for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) through two contracted programs: the CFTS Program in Southport, MB, and the NFTC Program in Moose Jaw, SK/Cold Lake, AB.
We support the RCAF by providing pilot training and in-service support, simulation training, airfield and operational support and aircraft procurement and maintenance. We also partner with the military and local communities to create lasting benefits for Canadians.
THE LOWEST-TRANSITION RISK
By creating SkyAlyne, CAE and KF Aerospace have brought the entire scope of contracted military pilot training in Canada under one umbrella.
Why is this important for FAcT?
The knowledge and experience gained through managing the existing programs will be critical to delivering next-generation training. Large training programs require constant adaptation to deliver consistent, quality outcomes. Over the years, our team of experts have learned how to manage and excel with the current programs, while deepening ties with DND, the RCAF and the communities they operate in.
We have the staff, facilities and contracts in place and are ready to immediately “spool up” to the requirements of the FAcT program. This minimizes any transition risk that could seriously disrupt the flow of RCAF pilot training and will allow us to immediately pivot to advancements needed to make sure our military pilots are prepared for the future.
