February 10, 2026 // OTTAWA AND WINNIPEG, CANADA — SkyAlyne and WAMBDI Technologies Canada are pleased to jointly announce the signing of a multi-year agreement for Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) services in support of SkyAlyne’s corporate IM/IT needs.
“Operating any company in the 21st century requires advanced IM/IT systems and reliable support,” commented SkyAlyne General Manager Kevin Lemke. “I am pleased that WAMBDI Technologies will be a trusted provider, supporting SkyAlyne’s corporate IM/IT for the years to come.”
WAMBDI Technologies is a partnership between Oxygen Technologies and Dakota Tipi First Nation, created to generate long-term economic growth opportunities for the Dakota Nation through technical service delivery and advanced digital capabilities. Under this new agreement, WAMBDI Technologies will deliver a suite of IM/IT support services for SkyAlyne, enabling efficient, secure, and modern operations across the corporation.
“We are proud of the work we’ve achieved together so far,” said Brian Oleksiuk, CSO/President of WAMBDI Technologies. “This agreement reflects SkyAlyne’s commitment to authentic First Nation community-led economic reconciliation and Wambdi’s ability to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality IM/IT services.”
Oxygen Technologies, a Manitoba-based IM/IT company with expertise in cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, co-founded WAMBDI Technologies to expand First Nation community-led participation and capacity in highly technical sectors.
“We created Wambdi Solutions to ensure Dakota Tipi First Nation can participate meaningfully in the growing technology economy and build sustainable careers and a sustainable future for our members,” said Chief Dennis Pashe, Dakota Tipi First Nation. “This contract with SkyAlyne is an important milestone for our Dakota Nation Economic Development Strategy and will bring tangible benefits directly to our community and the regional economy in Manitoba. I have personally found SkyAlyne’s Leadership and their main subcontractors to be extremely progressive in their commitment to authentic First Nations economic participation.”
“As portfolio Councillor for our Dakota Youth and Education, I am excited to align our Dakota Youth with potential careers in the Technology Sector, supporting Canada’s defence sector. Our youth take great interest in the sector leading to a lot of excitement at the community level,” said Councillor Myles Miller.
