First look at the Royal Canadian Air Force’s PC-21 (designated the CT-157 Siskin II by the RCAF) in production!
Back at the end of May, the RCAF unveiled the design of its future PC-21 Training System as part of the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program, featuring the bold new “Reflect Forward” design. The result is both modern and striking, combining the traditional yellow of training aircraft with a deep, commanding dark blue of Canada’s current training fleet. A red and white stripe – evocative of the Canadian flag – completes the look.
The first PC-21s are now on the production line, and members of the FAcT team are continuing to receive familiarization training on the PC-21 platform at the Pilatus facility in Switzerland, in preparation for delivery of the aircraft to SkyAlyne and the RCAF.
