About the Golf Tournament:
Our FHQ Developments Annual Signature Golf Tournaments are highly anticipated.
Our organization’s fundraising focus is to support our Indigenous women in the trades and our youth with scholarships. FHQ Developments continues to see growth in the number of Indigenous women entering the trades. These women are utilizing our HR services, through Tokata HR Solutions, as well as working for our FHQ Dev companies and clients.
As part of our long term strategy for growing Indigenous talent, we have identified additional gaps in support for youth entering high demand industries that our partners will require in the future.
FHQ Developments will award bursaries in the Fall of 2022 and Winter 2023 to participants pursuing a career in the trades & technology in post-secondary institutions. We will acknowledge our partners in recognition of their commitment to pursuing opportunities in the trades.
Our goal is to raise $75,000 each year to ensure we help our Indigenous talent achieve their educational pursuits and support the future skills gap that we will see as a business community.
